I'm a licensed realtor, a civil engineer by education, and a custom home builder by trade. I co-own Appolonia | Ryan Custom Homes and ACRE LLC — a sitework and excavation company with my partners Mike & Andrew. Together we control the entire site construction chain from feasibility to excavation to certificate of occupancy.
Aside from building I have an obsession with real estate acquisition and development. I am currently re-developing a 24-unit old motel and summer cottage project in Charlestown, RI, and launching a family fund to bring outside investors into deals alongside me.
